TME Charter.

Preamble

As we prepare to move forward in these hard times we must keep to us what is important and what has always been our top priority, and that is our pride, our courage, and our strength, we will conquer the toughest of times, slay the darkest moments, and endure the most difficult challenges for we are a people of virtue and value, we are The Macedonian Empire, also known as TME.

Article I: Gaining Membership to TME:

1. Application Process:
Anyone wishing to join The Macedonian Empire must not be in any alliance affiliation and must agree to the terms in the application process. It may take up to 48hours to decide whether to accept you or not. Nations wishing to become members of The Macedonian Empire must, not be on any ZI lists or any other lists to that extent.

*Nations wishing to apply to The Macedonian Empire must post an application at our off-site forums using the proper format indicated in the Membership Application's forum.*

Once you have applied switch your alliance affiliation to "The Macedonian Empire" and put in your nation bio ***********TME applicant********** until you have been accepted as a worthy member of “The Macedonian Empire”

2. Gaining Diplomatic Relations with TME:
To gain closer, more diplomatic relations with TME you must fill out an application for diplomatic affairs and then it may take up to 48hours to get your embassy and mask created. Every diplomat is able to see the embassy’s. If there is confidential information you may request a special mask and embassy at the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Article II: Being a Member of "The Macedonian Empire":
Every Member that joins our alliance is entitled to their starter aid. Anyone who has applied on our forums, been accepted, and is active on our forums and IRC once a week is considered a full and worthy member of The Macedonian Empire. Members of The Macedonian Empire may be called upon during war. If The Macedonian Empire needs you in war we expect you to fight with honor. If you refuse to fight you will be expelled and placed on our ZI list.

1. Expulsion
The Macedonian Empire reserves the right to expel any member from the alliance that disobeys the Czarina, and/or the Federation Council. If you nuke any nation that hasn’t nuked you first then you can be expelled, and if you raid without permission you could be expelled.

Article III Tech Raiding:

The Macedonian Empire does allow tech raids, but you have to ask either the Prime Minister or Minster of Defense to attack him. If permission is granted you need to put in the war declaration message: "RAID PM = PEACE". If you do not use this you will be warned and are forced to offer peace to the nation. The nation you want to attack must be unaligned, not red nor black. If you tech raid and they are retaliating you, you are on your own, this is the risk of tech raiding. If you have attacked an aligned nation and they demand reps, you will pay it from your own money, no aid will be given. If you attack a red or black nation you will be warned. If you have been warned twice and it happens again, you will be cast out of the alliance.
1. Nuke Policy

The Macedonian Empire does not condone first strike nukes, but will however retaliate with a nuclear arsenal should it be attacked first. If you attack with a nuke without permission it is an automatic expel from the alliance and a possible ZI.

Article IV: Government Stature:

1. Czarina:

Will oversee the alliance on an day to day basis. All Ministers are elected, but the Czarina has the power to remove Ministers from office if seen appropriate. The Czarina can be impeached if 75% of the alliance thinks it is necessary and the Justice of the Supreme Court rules in favor of the People. The Czarina is in Fact the head of State and has the responsibility of making the best decisions for her/his people. IT is the job of the Czarina to insure that the alliance is maintained and kept up to a specifc standard, and her duty to inforce it.

2. Prime Minister:

Will oversee the alliance on an day to day basis. All Ministers are elected, but has the power to remove Ministers from office if seen appropriate. The Prime Minister will do what ever he can to help the ministers as well as serve as the Chairman of the Federation Council. Every 4 months elections are held to elect a new Prime Minister, and Candidates can be voted in as Prime Minister as many times as they want to. The Prime Minister can be impeached if 75% of the alliance thinks it is necessary.

Article V: The Federation council


1. Minister of Foreign Affairs:
Will Create embassy’s, discuss mergers, and make sure that The Macedonian Empire has good International Affairs with other Alliances, the Minister of Foreign affairs will also create embassys on behalf of the TME in other Alliances as well. If the Minister of Foreign Affairs wants to make a treaty or a merger he needs to create a vote and he needs to get at least 75% positive votes from the Federation Council and the President.

2. Minister of Education:
Will be in charge of TME University (BPU) and shall appoint professors as needed, and create a standard for all students to follow. This person is in charge of making sure that our people become and stay educated.

3. Minister of Internal Affairs:
This person will greet new members help them with any problems and keep record of new, current, and recent members. The Minister will also make sure that the forum and IRC will be kept clean.

4. Minister of Finance:
This Person will find tech deals for members, as well as keep documents on our financial history. This person will find new members trades, and keep track of aid.

5. Minister of Recruitment:
Is in charge of constantly making sure that the TME is growing and recruits new members to the Alliance, the person is allowed to do whatever they can to promote recruitment among TME members.

Article VI: The Security Council

The Security council is made up of the different levels of the military staff and what these people will be responsible.

1. Secretary of Defense:
Will appoint battalions to attack certain people or certain ranges if necessarily. Also able to appoint Generals.

2. General's:
Will be in charge of their battalion. And issues orders to people to attack the people issued by the Secretary of Defense.

Article VII: Amendments:

At any time the charter can be amended if there is a 75% vote on the amendment. Everybody can request an amendment on the charter as long as they are a member of The Macedonian Empire.
